Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders on all orders within the United States. For all orders, standard shipping is $20.00
Most orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. During peak seasons or for custom orders, processing may take up to 3-5 business days.
Absolutely! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package directly through our shipping partners' websites.
All scooters are carefully packaged and insured. If your scooter arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange for a replacement or repair at no cost to you.
Due to the size and weight of electric scooters, we cannot ship to PO boxes. A physical address is required for delivery.
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping costs and vary by destination.
