What is the maximum speed of your electric scooters?
Our electric scooters have different top speeds depending on the model. All speeds comply with local regulations and safety standards.
How far can I travel on a single charge?
Range varies by model and riding conditions. Factors like rider weight, terrain, weather conditions, and riding style can affect the actual range. Our usual offerings range from 18-52 Miles of range!
How long does it take to charge the battery?
Most of our scooters charge fully in 4-6 hours using the included charger. We recommend charging overnight for convenience. The battery indicator will show when charging is complete, and you can check the status through your mobile app on some of the models we offer.
What is the weight capacity of your scooters?
Our scooters are designed to accommodate different weight ranges. The children's scooter are usually rated to 110lbs and the top model adult scooter is rated to 330lbs. Staying within the weight limit ensures optimal performance and safety.
Are the scooters waterproof?
Many of our scooters have an IP54 water resistance rating, which means they can handle light rain and splashes but should not be submerged in water or used in heavy rain. We recommend avoiding puddles and storing your scooter in a dry place. If your scooter gets wet, dry it thoroughly before charging.

Do I need to wear a helmet?
While helmet requirements vary by location, we strongly recommend wearing a helmet for all rides. Many states and cities require helmets for electric scooter riders, especially those under 18. Check your local laws and regulations regarding electric scooter use and safety equipment requirements. We also recommend wearing reflective clothing and using additional lights for night riding.
What safety features do your scooters have?
Most of our scooters come equipped with essential safety features including LED headlights and taillights, electronic braking systems, and anti-slip deck surfaces. Higher-end models also feature brake lights, and smartphone app integration.
How do I maintain my electric scooter?
Regular maintenance includes keeping the scooter clean, checking tire pressure monthly, ensuring all bolts are tight, and storing the battery properly. Clean your scooter with a damp cloth, avoid using high-pressure water, and store it in a cool, dry place. Check the brake pads periodically and replace them when worn. Refer to your user manual for detailed maintenance schedules.
How often should I service my scooter?
We recommend a basic inspection every month and professional servicing every 6 months or 500 miles, whichever comes first. This includes checking brakes, tires, battery health, and all electrical connections.
What should I do if my scooter gets damaged?
If your scooter is damaged, stop using it immediately and contact the manufacturer.
